Far Cry 3 Lag Fix for PC

Far Cry 3 is a game that has some really serious graphics & requires high end PC's  to play.

Even with good graphics card it is not actually playable at smooth pace.

My PC Specs : OS :  Win 7
                      RAM:  4GB
        Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS 512 MB
            Processor    : Intel i3

That is not too much suitable to play the game. It will lag like hell.

So, now its time to fix it.
To fix it Basically you need to lower the resoulution to 640 x 480
But you can't do that in the game's OPTION menu.
 So, in order to do that goto MyDocuments\MyGames\FarCry3
Then open GamerProfile with Notepad.
Scroll to ResolutionX & Resolution Y.
Put Resolution X as 640
Resolution Y as 480 & save it thats it !!!!!
